01 — Why it matters
Email is still one of the few channels you own.
Email is still one of the few channels you own. We write and structure programmes that do not read like a blast from 2014.
02A rented or rotting list is not a programme. We would rather clean and write one job per send than spray a catalogue at people who forgot they subscribed.
03Open rates without pipeline are a vanity metric. We report on replies and conversions — the emails that earned a conversation, not just a preview-pane glance.
02 — Included
Hover a line. The mix is not a package — it is a stack.
Launches and offers with a single job per send.
Sequences for people who are not ready to talk this week.
The first sends after a subscribe — where most lists quietly fail.
Consent, bounce handling, and the unglamorous work of not mailing the dead.
Layouts that read on a phone, with a plain-text path, not a 900KB image.
03 — Closer
Campaigns are launches and offers with a single job per send. Lifecycle is the quieter work: welcome, nurture, and the sequence for people who are not ready this week. Mixing them is how every email starts to sound like a sale.
We work with the ESP you already have when it is fit for purpose. Migrating tools is a project; it is not a prerequisite for better copy and cleaner lists.
List hygiene is part of the work. We will not send to a purchased file. Bounce and complaint rates are how inboxes decide whether the next send arrives.

01
We will not send to a rented or rotting list.
02
Welcome and nurture are not the same job as a launch. We separate them.
03
If the email cannot say what it wants, it does not go out.
04
Open rates without pipeline are a vanity metric.
We have had sustained growth ever since we've been with WB DIGITECH! They're just very knowledgeable on what they do and they're people of integrity.

05 — Why us
If the email cannot say what it wants, it does not go out. That single rule kills most of the 2014 blast energy.
06 — Ask
We work with the tool you already have when it is fit for purpose.
